Move better. Hurt less.
For people told their pain is permanent, age-related, or only fixable with surgery.
Non-surgical, ultrasound-guided care for chronic joint, tendon, and nerve pain — starting with a clear diagnosis.
Know what is wrong before deciding what to do
You get a diagnosis, not a template
Dr. Borys identifies whether the problem is joint, tendon, ligament, nerve, or load-related — not just the symptom in front of him. Treatment plans are built around your situation.
Ultrasound adds clarity and precision
Diagnostic ultrasound is used when appropriate to evaluate relevant tissue and guide injections in real time.
Treatment is matched to the problem
PRP, prolotherapy, and other image-guided options are considered selectively based on the diagnosis, available evidence, and your goals.
Results are measured, not assumed
Patient outcomes are tracked through the DataBiologics registry — a national orthobiologics database — so progress is documented and the plan can be adjusted.

A structured path from unclear diagnosis to real treatment
Every visit follows the same discipline: find the pain generator, match the treatment, measure the progress.
Thorough Evaluation
Your first visit is a careful assessment. Dr. Borys reviews your history, examines the area of concern, and often uses diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate the tissue directly. The goal is to understand the problem before recommending treatment.
Clear Recommendation
You will receive a straightforward explanation of what the exam shows and which treatment options, if any, are supported by the evidence for your specific situation. Not every presentation is a candidate for regenerative treatment, and that will be stated plainly.
Treatment & Follow-up
If treatment is indicated, Dr. Borys performs the procedure and provides follow-up to monitor progress and adjust the plan as needed. Your recovery and results matter — ongoing support is part of the process.
